Welcome to the West Warwick Town Clerk's Vital Statistics online ordering system. Requests will be processed Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. The West Warwick Town Clerk's Office processes orders within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, once all information is available.
REQUESTING A BIRTH, DEATH, OR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
Birth Certificates
- A copy of your birth certificate is on file in the town in which you were born, and in the town in which your mother lived at the time of your birth. For all Births occurring after 2003, you may access from any Town within the State of Rhode Island.
Death Certificates
- Certified copies of death certificates can be obtained for individuals that passed away in or were residents of West Warwick, Rhode Island from 1889 until present.
Marriage Certificates
- Certified copies of your marriage license can be obtained from the Town Clerk’s Office of your town of residence at the time of marriage.

Standard Shipping is through the USPS. Please allow 5-7 Business days for your order to be processed and the document delivered.
You will be asked to select the method of receiving the certificates during the application. You will be notified by us once we have processed your application and the certificates are out for mail or ready for pickup.
